TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General conditions

Reservations:
A deposit of 30% of the total cost is required at the time of booking and the balance to be cleared on the arrival  day before the tour commences.

 Cancellation:
The refund will be made less the cost of cancellation fee levied by hotels or food expenses.

Transportation:
The mode of transport will be provided depending to the route and the number of clients on that particular trip. The right is reserved to engage the services of sub-contractor. The driver will have language diversity.

Accommodation:
This will depend on two persons sharing a twin room/tent. If the situations do allow rooms with private baths will be provided. Hotels/lodges are named as an indication of category and rooms may be reserved at similar hotels/lodges.

Rates:
The price includes all the expenses of the vehicle and driver according to the programme, all meals during the safari, entrance fees to national parks and game reserves. The pricing is based on the tariffs & other cost prevailing at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Private Safaris:
For those traveling alone, with your family or in a group we make arrangements of these safaris. This also applies to the tailor made safaris. For these departures the first day can be amended to suit your itinerary and time.

Alteration of Tours:
The company reserves the right to alter the safari circuit and cancel the operation of the scheduled tour should it be necessary. It also reserves the right to decline & accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, unless it is a private tour.

Liability:
Foot Safaris and our agents’ acts only as agents of the passengers in all matters related to hotel/lodge accommodations, camping, tours, transport etc and shall not be liable for any injury, delay or damage caused by natural hazards. The law of he country in which the tour takes the place governs the company’s liability to passengers carried in it’s own vehicles. The company reserves the right to employ sub contractors for all or part of services.

Important Notice:
The safaris, campings, treks, walks etc involve an element of personal risk and sometimes can be of hazardous nature. All the participants are advised to take an insurance policy to cover personal accidents and medical expenses.
